Aperçu du Poste :

En tant qu’Assistant(e) Gérant(e) de Projets, vous jouerez un rôle crucial en soutenant notre équipe de gestion de projets. Vous collaborerez étroitement avec les Gérant(e) s de Projets, les entrepreneurs et les autres parties prenantes pour assurer l’exécution avec succès des projets. Responsabilités :

  • Rédaction de la documentation de projets, y compris les soumissions, les contrats, les ordres de modification et les rapports.
  • Gestion et organisation de la documentation.
  • Gestion des communications.
  • Participation aux estimations, offres et propositions de contrat.
  • Coordination avec les sous-traitants, fournisseurs et prestataires.
  • Suivi la facturation du projet et aussi les factures des clients.
  • Suivi la progression du projet et suivre les jalons.
  • Assistance dans la planification, l’établissement des horaires et l’allocation des ressources du projet.


Qualifications :

  • Expérience antérieure en gestion de projet de construction (stages ou postes d’entrée de gamme bienvenus).
  • Maîtrise des logiciels de gestion de projet (par exemple, Microsoft Project).
  • Maîtrise de Word, Excel et Outlook.
  • Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et capacités de multitâche.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
  • Atout : Connaissance des processus de construction, des codes et des réglementations.

Position Overview:

As an Assistant Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our project management team. You’ll collaborate closely with Project Managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution. If you’re passionate about construction, have excellent organizational skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you


Responsibilities:

  • Prepare project documentation, including quotes, contracts, change orders, and reports.
  • Manage and organize documentation.
  • Manage communications.
  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Assist in estimates, bids and contract proposals.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
  • Monitor project progress and track milestones.


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in construction project management (internships or entry-level roles welcome).
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project).
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A plus : Knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
