Logistics Coordinator – ELC Solutions Location: 2215 Steeles Ave W, Etobicoke, Ontario, M3J 0H8 – On site only Position: Full‑time, Permanent – Hourly rate: $34.07 – Work hours: 37.5 per week – Start date: As soon as possible Overview Manage and optimize day‑to‑day logistics operations for a fast‑paced, high‑volume distribution centre. Coordinate cross‑functional activities, supervise a small team, and maintain accurate digital records while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Responsibilities Oversee operational logistics of the organization Plan and organize daily operations of the organization Track and complete work orders Co‑ordinate activities with other work units or departments Prepare and submit reports Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality Provide customer service Advise senior management; direct and control daily operations Liaise with management, union officials and HR consultants Conduct research and coordinate the flow of information within the team Maintain and manage digital database Train staff and determine and establish office procedures and routines Establish and implement policies and procedures; oversee the preparation of reports Manage contracts, supervise other workers, evaluate daily operations, and supervise one to two people Qualifications 1 to 2 years of experience in logistics or related field College or CEGEP education, or equivalent experience Strong oral and written communication skills Excellent time‑management, multitasking, and organizational abilities Dependability, flexibility, and attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Eligibility – Who can apply?
