We’re looking for a sales professional with strong connections to the architecture & design (A&D) community in Quebec . This role is about building relationships, driving specifications, and growing sales of premium lighting brands across the province. What You’ll Do Develop and maintain relationships with architects, designers, specifiers, and key clients. Manage projects from specification through order, ensuring smooth handoff to coordination teams. Proactively grow the territory by identifying new business opportunities. Present products in client meetings, showrooms, and industry events. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Travel within Quebec (primarily Montreal and Quebec City, with some Ottawa as needed). What We’re Looking For 3–5+ years of proven sales experience in lighting, furniture, or a related design industry. Strong existing network in Quebec’s A&D community . Demonstrated track record of hitting or surpassing sales quotas. Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills. Fluent in French and English (written and spoken). Le rôle consiste à développer des relations, générer des spécifications et accroître les ventes de marques d’éclairage haut de gamme à travers la province. Responsabilités Développer et maintenir des relations avec les architectes, designers, prescripteurs et clients clés. Gérer les projets depuis la spécification jusqu’à la commande, en assurant une transition fluide avec les équipes de coordination. Identifier de nouvelles opportunités d’affaires pour accroître la part de marché. Présenter les produits lors de rencontres clients, en salle de montre et dans le cadre d’événements de l’industrie. Atteindre et dépasser les objectifs de vente fixés. Effectuer des déplacements au Québec (principalement Montréal et Québec, avec certaines visites à Ottawa au besoin). Profil recherché 3 à 5 ans et plus d’expérience avérée en ventes dans le domaine de l’éclairage, du mobilier ou d’une industrie connexe du design. Solid network already established in the A&D du Québec . Historique démontré d’atteinte ou de dépassement des objectifs de vente. Excellentes habiletés en communication, présentation et développement de relations. Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais , à l’oral comme à l’écrit.
