Senior Change Management Specialist Location: Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada Salary: CA$90,000 - CA$110,000 per year Overview Le responsable principal de la gestion du changement est un conseiller stratégique et un leader pragmatique chargé de mener à bien les initiatives de transformation à l'échelle de l'entreprise. This role combines deep expertise in change management with strong business acumen and consultative skills to influence senior leadership and deliver measurable outcomes. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you will own complex workstreams, integrate change strategies across programs, and ensure stakeholders are prepared, engaged, and aligned for success. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Change Management (U.S.-based) and requires proficiency in recognized methodologies such as Prosci and Kotter, along with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across global teams. Responsibilities Own and lead change strategy for major transformation workstreams, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, providing insights on change risks, readiness, and adoption strategies Drive integration across multiple initiatives, ensuring a cohesive transformation experience for stakeholders Conduct comprehensive change impact assessments and translate findings into actionable strategies Develop executive‑level narratives and recommendations to inform decision‑making and accelerate adoption Leverage data and analytics to measure impact, track progress, and optimize change strategies Influence senior leadership and partner with cross‑functional teams to embed change into business processes Identify risks, anticipate resistance, and implement mitigation strategies proactively Continuously innovate change approaches to fit complex, ambiguous environments Prepare and deliver strategic presentations that articulate transformation progress, risks, and recommendations Provide global change leadership by aligning regional strategies with enterprise objectives and ensuring cultural considerations are integrated into change plans Responsabilités Prendre en charge et diriger la stratégie de changement pour les principaux axes de travail liés à la transformation, en veillant à l'alignement avec les objectifs de l'entreprise Servir de conseiller de confiance auprès des cadres supérieurs, en fournissant des informations sur les risques liés au changement, l'état de préparation et les stratégies d'adoption Favoriser l'intégration entre plusieurs initiatives, en garantissant une expérience de transformation cohérente pour les parties prenantes Réaliser des évaluations complètes de l'impact du changement et traduire les résultats en stratégies concrètes Élaborer des récits et des recommandations au niveau de la direction afin d'éclairer la prise de décision et d'accélérer l'adoption Exploiter les données et les analyses pour mesurer l'impact, suivre les progrès et optimiser les stratégies de changement Influer les cadres supérieurs et collaborer avec des équipes interfonctionnelles pour intégrer le changement dans les processus opérationnels Identifier les risques, anticiper les résistances et mettre en œuvre des stratégies d'atténuation de manière proactive Innover en permanence dans les approches du changement afin de s'adapter à des environnements complexes et ambigus Préparer et présenter des exposés stratégiques qui exposent clairement les progrès, les risques et les recommandations en matière de transformation Assurer un leadership mondial en matière de changement en alignant les stratégies régionales sur les objectifs de l'entreprise et en veillant à ce que les considérations culturelles soient intégrées dans les plans de changement Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration or related field 8+ years of experience in change management or project management, with experience in a consulting or advisory capacity strongly preferred Proven track record of leading enterprise‑wide transformation programs and driving measurable outcomes Experience managing complex, multi‑workstream initiatives across global organizations Strong ability to operate independently and make strategic decisions in ambiguous environments Expertise in stakeholder analysis, readiness assessment, and executive‑level influence Exceptional communication and storytelling skills for senior audiences Deep understanding of change management principles and ability to adapt methodologies for complex transformations Alignment with Autodesk’s Culture Code values Qualifications Minimales Licence en communication, administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe Plus de 8 ans d'expérience dans la gestion du changement ou la gestion de projets, avec une expérience dans le domaine du conseil ou de la consultation fortement appréciée Expérience avérée dans la direction de programmes de transformation à l'échelle de l'entreprise et l'obtention de résultats mesurables Expérience dans la gestion d'initiatives complexes et multi-flux de travail au sein d'organisations mondiales Grande capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et à prendre des décisions stratégiques dans des environnements ambigus Expertise en analyse des parties prenantes, en évaluation de l'état de préparation et en influence au niveau de la direction Excellentes compétences en communication et en narration pour un public de haut niveau Compréhension approfondie des principes de gestion du changement et capacité à adapter des méthodologies à des transformations complexes Adhésion aux valeurs du code culturel d'Autodesk Preferred Qualifications Consulting experience in organizational change management or transformation programs Prosci Change Management Certification Proficiency in Kotter’s 8‑Step Change Model Experience leveraging data and analytics to inform change strategies Qualifications Souhaitées Expérience en conseil dans le domaine de la gestion du changement organisationnel ou des programmes de transformation Certification
