Analyste Senior en Gestion des Factures
Pour le compte de notre client du secteur financier, PROCOM recherche un Analyste Senior en Gestion des Factures.

Analyste Senior en Gestion des Factures- Description du poste
Préparer les entrées comptables pour les provisions pour charges à payer, les charges payées d'avance à traiter par le service des comptes fournisseurs sur le périmètre couvert,
Préparer la collecte des informations sur les immobilisations acquises par le Département Informatique (GIT) pour communication à l'équipe Charges à payer responsable du calcul des amortissements,
Traiter les factures du Département Informatiques : obtenir l'approbation des responsables des dépenses, contrôler l'adéquation des délégations de signatures pour approuver les dépenses et obtenir toutes les autorisations requises par les procédures internes,
Préparer les instructions de paiement par virement électroniques et obtenir l'accord de paiement des instructions du responsable autorisé,
Préparer les échéanciers comptables et les instructions de paiement sur les données de marché en étroite coordination avec l'équipe GSP Paris en charge des données de marché,
Veiller à ce que les factures soient payées conformément aux engagements et aux conditions contractuelles,
Gérer le reporting des dépenses dans les outils spécifiques de la direction informatique conformément aux politiques et procédures internes
Contribuer aux demandes de renseignements des fournisseurs et à la résolution des différents en matière de facturation.
Fournir un rapport de suivi des dépenses et effectuer des rapprochements.
Traiter les demandes concernant les historiques de paiement fournisseur et les articles ouverts.
Aider le responsable de GSP Amériques à examiner le processus de paiement des factures, à identifier les zones d'amélioration, développer et implémenter les plans de mise en œuvre.
Aider le responsable d'équipe de GSP Canada à rédiger des procédures formalisées pour les divers processus au sein du département.
Pour toutes les dépenses informatiques engagées sur la base de bons de commande dans l'outil Oracle Purchasing, contrôler la réception des services et des marchandises, vérifier l'exactitude des factures, s'assurer des schémas comptables appropriés, préparer les instructions de paiement et obtenir l'approbation des responsables autorisés avant de demander des paiements à la comptabilité fournisseurs.
Analyste Senior en Gestion des Factures- Compétences requises
Baccalauréat en comptabilité
MS Office avec une forte maîtrise d'Excel
Expérience dans la gestion des comptes fournisseurs, y compris le traitement des factures et leur comptabilité (comptes de régularisation, acomptes et immobilisations)
Sens du service client et capable d'une capacite de répondre rapidement.
Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches et à travailler de façon autonome sous pression
Solides compétences de suivi et d'organisation avec une attention aux détails
Solides compétences en communication orale et écrite

Senior Invoice Management Analyst
On behalf of our client in the Financial Sector, PROCOM is looking for a Senior Invoice Management Analyst.

Senior Invoice Management Analyst - Job Description
Prepare accruals, prepaid expenses accounting schedules to be processed by the Accounts Payable Department
Prepare collect fixed assets information on new assets acquired by GIT for communication to the Accounts Payable team responsible for computing the depreciations,
Process GIT invoices: obtain the approval from the managers responsible for the expenses, control of the proper delegation of power allowing managers to approve the expenses, prepare the accounting schedule for Accounts Payable to account for the expenses (accruals, expenses, prepaid expenses)
Prepare wire instructions, obtain appropriate approval before transferring for payment to the Accounts Payable department,
Prepare accounting schedules and payments instructions on Market Data in close coordination with the GSP Paris team responsible for market data,
Ensure invoices are paid in accordance with contractual engagements and terms,
Manage reporting of expenses in the GIT specific tools as per internal policies and procedures
Assist with vendor inquiries and with resolution of billing disputes.
Provide expense monitoring report and perform reconciliations.
Handle inquiries regarding vendor payment histories and open items.
Assist the Head of GSP Americas in reviewing the current invoice payment process, identify area of improvements, and work on implementation plans.
Support the Head of GSP Canada in writing formalized procedures for the various processes within GSP.
For all IT expenses engaged based on purchase orders in Oracle Purchasing, control the reception of services and goods, check the accuracy of invoices, ensure appropriate accounting schemes and prepare payment instructions and obtain approval from appropriate managers before requesting payments to Accounts Payable.
Senior Invoice Management Analyst - Mandatory Skills
Bachelor Degree in Accounting/ Finance, or a related field
English fluent
MS Office Suite with a strong proficiency in Excel
Experience in accounts payable, including invoice processing and accounting (accruals, prepays and fixed assets)
Customer service oriented and quick responsiveness
Ability to multi-task and work independently while under pressure
Strong follow-up and organizational skills with an attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
