What You’ll Do Responsible for the day‑to‑day execution of tasks within the Grocery department. Achieve budgeted goals related to sales, margin, expenses, and inventory and execute sales strategies that support North Central Co‑op’s vision. Achieve established objectives in terms of brand, service levels, quality, and timeliness of delivery and identify areas for improvement. Support with training, developing, coaching, and motivating the department team while fostering a positive work environment that enables the engagement of all team members in the pursuit of desired results. You have previous Retail Grocery experience. Retail Team Leadership experience would be an asset. You are proficient in Microsoft Office Programs. You have exceptional interpersonal, communication and customer service skills. You have strong time management and organizational skills. You’re honest and trustworthy, are results‑oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
