SOLAMODA Group is seeking an Outdoor Apparel Sales Manager to drive business growth in Canada and the U.S. as an independent contractor. Tasks Develop and expand brand partnerships for outdoor sports apparel in Canada & the U.S. Identify sales opportunities and negotiate contracts to achieve sales targets Provide expert recommendations on product selection, materials and design Stay ahead of market trends, competitor analysis and customer needs Collaborate with SOLAMODA’s global business team for technical production and quality support Travel within North America for client visits, trade shows and industry events Requirements Education & Industry Knowledge Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Textile Engineering, Sports Management or a related field Strong understanding of outdoor apparel materials, production and fashion trends 5–10 years in outdoor apparel, sportswear or related industries Strong B2B sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals Established network of brand clients or key industry connections in North America Minimum 5 years of retail experience in North America Skills & Abilities Languages: Fluent in English; French preferred to serve French‑speaking clients in Quebec Strong market research, data analysis and strategic planning skills Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and digital sales tools Additional Requirements Valid Canadian work permit (authorization to work in Canada is required) Willing to travel within Canada and the U.S. for client meetings and trade shows Industry connections (existing network of brand clients is a strong asset) Valid driver’s license for business travel Work with a leading global manufacturer in outdoor apparel Enjoy full autonomy as an independent contractor with uncapped earnings Collaborate with an innovative and experienced international business team Access top‑quality product development, factory production and quality control support Compensation: Competitive salary, uncapped commission Ready to take the next step?
