If you have a strong network in the industry and thrive in a dynamic, results-driven environment, we want to hear from you.TasksDevelop and expand brand partnerships for outdoor sports apparel in Canada & the U.S.Identify sales opportunities and negotiate contracts to achieve sales targetsProvide expert recommendations on product selection, materials, and designStay ahead of market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needsCollaborate with SOLAMODA’s global business team for technical, production, and quality supportTravel within North America for client visits, trade shows, and industry eventsRequirementsEducation & Industry KnowledgeBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Textile Engineering, Sports Management, or a related fieldStrong understanding of outdoor apparel materials, production, and fashion trendsExperience & Sales Expertise5-10 years in outdoor apparel, sportswear, or related industriesStrong B2B sales experience with a proven track record of closing dealsEstablished network of brand clients or key industry connections in North AmericaMinimum 5 years of retail experience in North AmericaSkills & AbilitiesLanguages: Fluent in English; French preferred to serve French-speaking clients in QuebecStrong market research, data analysis, and strategic planning skillsExceptional negotiation and communication abilitiesProficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and digital sales toolsAdditional RequirementsValid Canadian work permit (authorization to work in Canada is required)Willing to travel within Canada and the U.S. for client meetings and trade showsIndustry connections (existing network of brand clients is a strong asset)Valid driver’s license for business travelBenefitsWork with a leading global manufacturer in outdoor apparelEnjoy full autonomy as an independent contractor with uncapped earningsCollaborate with an innovative and experienced international business teamAccess top-quality product development, factory production, and quality control supportCompensation: Competitive salary + uncapped commision.Ready to take the next step?
