You are an experienced Consultant or Senior Consultant with 5‑10 years of post‑graduate experience, looking for the next step or already in a similar role. Job Description Prepare Technical Due Diligence Reports for lenders for all asset classes prior to financial close. Prepare monthly monitoring reports for lenders throughout the construction phase. Provide advice to lenders throughout the project on technical aspects, contractual documentation, schedule, cost, operational aspects and risk. Interface with client and other consultants at all project stages. Research construction market conditions across Canada, analysing official published data. Develop new business opportunities with existing and new Turner & Townsend clients. Manage knowledge: ensure key information from each commission is entered into internal databases and shared. Quality control: ensure compliance with standards and participate in ISO audits. Ensure commissions meet quality standards and are completed efficiently and on time. Deliver service on commissions in line with conditions of appointment. Qualifications 5‑10 years of relevant construction experience. A recognised university degree. Membership in relevant professional organisations (CIQS, RICS) is a bonus.
