Employer Industry: Payment Solutions Why consider this job opportunity Salary up to $50,000 per year Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision care Opportunity for career advancement within a global leader in commerce solutions Remote work flexibility, with a requirement to be based in the Greater Toronto Area Supportive work environment focused on continuous improvement and performance Chance to work on innovative payment technology and solutions What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Provide technical support to the product group and merchants regarding new products and integrations Prepare customized POS test scripts and verify results during test execution Act as a Subject Matter Expert for new certifications and assist external developers in resolving variances Develop and manage relationships with POS developers, third-party processors, and project managers Coordinate quality assurance testing procedures before the deployment of the POS system What is Required (Qualifications) High School diploma required 1-3 years of experience in a similar role Bilingual (French/English) required Excellent communication and writing skills for clear specifications and reports Ability to manage multiple activities and tasks under time constraints How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Knowledge of Tandem and Base-24 systems Familiarity with credit card operations and regulations (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, etc.) Strong problem-solving and investigation skills We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
