SAP Concur Configuration & Expense Management Expert Join to apply for the SAP Concur Configuration & Expense Management Expert role at W3Global Role Overview We are seeking an experienced SAP Concur Configuration & Expense Management Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on expertise in configuring SAP Concur modules and integrating them with SAP ERP or S/4HANA systems. This role requires strong technical skills, business process understanding, and the ability to deliver seamless expense management solutions. Key Responsibilities Configure and maintain SAP Concur modules: Expense, Travel, and Invoice. Integrate SAP Concur with SAP ERP or S/4HANA using middleware tools (e.g., SAP CPI, Dell Boomi). Develop and manage REST/SOAP API integrations for data exchange. Implement secure authentication mechanisms using OAuth 2.0. Perform business process analysis to align expense management workflows with organizational needs. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth ERP integration. Utilize Concur Intelligence Tools for reporting and analytics (Good to Have). Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Concur configuration and integration. Required Skills & Experience Strong experience in SAP Concur configuration (Expense, Travel, Invoice). Expertise in integration with SAP ERP/S4HANA using middleware (SAP CPI, Dell Boomi). Hands‑on experience with REST/SOAP APIs and OAuth 2.0. Solid understanding of business process analysis and ERP integration. Good To Have Knowledge of Concur Intelligence Tools for reporting and analytics. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP Concur configuration and integration. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
