Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant (Customer Service & Warehousing) - remote NTT DATA invites you to apply for a remote Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant (Customer Service & Warehousing) position based in Toronto, Ontario. This role plays a key part in translating business requirements into effective D365 F&O solutions and supporting full‑cycle implementations. Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand, document, and analyze functional requirements. Translate business requirements into effective Microsoft D365 F&O solutions, including configuration and design for module integration. Facilitate the implementation and support of Microsoft D365 F&O to enhance business processes while resolving complex situations and handling operational escalations. Identify and conduct required testing, including defining/supporting acceptance testing and gathering feedback from pre-release testers. Participate in each phase of full‑cycle Microsoft D365 F&O implementations and organize working sessions with different stakeholders and team members. Provide user training and documentation on specific solutions to ensure effective use of systems. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure effective implementation and integration with other systems. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Microsoft D365 F&O and related software applications. Provide end‑user support and troubleshooting for Microsoft D365 F&O ERP system. Conduct business process analysis and identify key areas for improvement. Monitor and actively resolve incidents, service requests and demand items through the Lallemand ITSM Framework. Configure warehouse setup (locations, zones, aisles, etc.), TMS inbound and outbound logistics, work templates, mobile device menus, and cycle counting. Configure sales order creation, delivery scheduling, picking, packing, shipping and credit processing. Setup and maintenance of customer records, addresses, credit limits, etc. Configuration of pricing, discounts, and loyalty agreements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent work experience. Minimum 3 years’ experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations implementations, or equivalent. Knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations – Customer Service and Warehousing modules. Proven ability to identify and formalize business needs, convert them into instances of use, user case histories and/or test cases. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
