Deliver memorable dining experiences as a Malmaison Restaurant Waiter, coordinating guest service and communicating with kitchen teams. Permanent work offers at least 30 hours weekly.
You will represent the restaurant while controlling service flow and supporting smooth dining experiences. The role suits someone passionate about customer service and willing to learn. Experience is helpful but not essential, with nationally recognized apprenticeships and detailed brand training available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the restaurant’s welcoming guest-facing representative
- Control service flow throughout dining periods
- Communicate clearly with kitchen colleagues
- Coordinate with restaurant management during service
- Help create memorable guest experiences
Requirements:
- Passion for delivering great customer service
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Previous experience welcomed but not essential
- Availability across varied shifts and days
- Ability to work evenings and weekends when required
