We seek a recent graduate with solid fundamentals in mineral processing or chemical/process engineering who is eager to learn quickly, take on meaningful tasks, and contribute to high-impact solutions at real mine sites.   Why This Role Is Unique    At Aisimpro, you'll collaborate with seasoned metallurgists and engineers, gaining hands-on experience with real plant data and operations while contributing to solutions that are actively used in operational plants. You'll experience rapid growth, assume responsibility early on, and develop skills that combine metallurgy, modelling, and digital technologies. This role is remote within Canada, with occasional travel to mine sites as required by the project.   Key Responsibilities    Support the planning and execution of metallurgical laboratory testing.   Analyze plant historian data to identify features, extract relevant information, and find correlations.   Assist with modelling related to leaching, CIP/CIL processes, and related chemical reactions.   Prepare clear and concise technical reports for internal use and clients.   Contribute to projects focused on process optimization, simulation, and soft-sensor development.   Work closely with the technical team on remote and on-site tasks as needed.   Minimum Requirements    Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and ease in a fast-paced startup setting.    Strong communication and teamwork skills   Bachelor’s or master’s degree in:  mining engineering (preferably mineral processing), or  chemical engineering (preferably process engineering)  Understanding of fundamentals in mineral processing, hydrometallurgy, chemical reactions, and/or process engineering   Experience in a laboratory environment throughout coursework, internship, or projects  Interest in process modelling, simulation, and/or data analysis   Familiarity with gold ore processing and hydrometallurgy is an asset   Having experience with programming languages such as MATLAB and Python is regarded as a valuable asset.    What You’ll Gain    Direct mentorship from senior metallurgists and engineers   A fast-learning environment focused on modern digital metallurgy   Early responsibility and meaningful contributions to real-world operations   Exposure to mine sites and plant-scale problem solving   Flexible, remote work structure within Canada   If you are motivated to grow your career in mining, work with real operational data, and be part of a company shaping the modern metallurgical innovation, we encourage you to submit your updated CV to
