About the team The Creative Enhancements team builds the features that make ads more engaging, interactive, and effective across our platform. We work at the intersection of ad delivery and user experience—developing solutions like shoppable ads, custom video tools, dynamic creative enhancements, and AI-assisted analysis tools that help advertisers connect with their audiences in meaningful ways. We're a collaborative, product-minded engineering team that values clean code, continuous deployment, and solving real problems. The mission As a Senior Software Engineer on the Creative Enhancements team, your mission will be to design, build, and scale the features that power our ad enhancement products. You'll work closely with Product, Design, and other engineering teams to identify problems worth solving and ship solutions that run reliably at scale. Along with feature development, you'll contribute to improving our architecture, development practices, and technical standards. What you'll do ✏️ Drive problem definition and technical solutions alongside product, design, and engineering—you'll have a voice in what we build and why Build and maintain performant, well-tested applications using Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, and React Architect and implement major features on an ambitious roadmap, balancing speed with long-term maintainability Ship to production continuously—we deploy on every commit via our CI/CD pipeline Work across different parts of the stack as needed; no two projects look the same, and we value engineers who can adapt Participate in code review, pair programming, and technical discussions that raise the bar for the whole team About you You enjoy pairing with teammates to solve problems and share context—collaboration is core to how we work You write clean, maintainable code and care deeply about testing, code review, and getting the details right You're comfortable jumping into unfamiliar territory—new frameworks, languages, or problem domains don't intimidate you You want to understand the why behind what you're building, not just the how; every engineer here is expected to engage with the product and business context You communicate well and thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional environment You have production experience with Node.js/TypeScript and a solid foundation in backend or full-stack development. Familiarity with NestJS, Nx, React, Docker, or SQL is a plus Nice to have Background in ad tech or experience with high-throughput, distributed systems Experience with cloud platforms, especially GCP (we're in the middle of a migration) Experience developing tools and products that leverage AI You've led technical initiatives, mentored other engineers, or driven improvements to team processes #J-18808-Ljbffr
