About The Team: The Product team is the voice of the customer and the strategic driver of our business. AI-Enabled Product Development: Incorporate AI into everyday workflows, using it as a tool to enhance productivity and deliver features faster. Help design feedback loops to refine AI models, ensuring AI agents become true collaborators. Product Management & Strategy: Translate business strategy into a clear, outcome-driven product roadmap. Define, prioritize, and maintain a transparent backlog that is aligned with strategic goals and stakeholder expectations. Develop and own the product vision, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimizations. Align with business, marketing, and external stakeholders to ensure product-market fit and successful launches. Operational Excellence: Establish success metrics and measure feature performance. Use data tools and analysis to inform decisions, validate hypotheses, and monitor performance. Conduct beta testing, user acceptance testing, and internal training where needed. Evangelize product capabilities within and outside the organization. What Will You Bring To This Role: You are a results-driven professional with a strong understanding of the SaaS and API landscape. You are a strategic thinker who excels at building relationships and driving complex initiatives to completion. Your ability to bridge the gap between technical and business teams will be critical to your success. Minimum Requirements: Technical Expertise: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. Proven track record working with engineering teams, with an understanding of APIs, architectures, and development workflows. Familiarity with AI/ML life cycles or technologies (e.g., LLMs, MLOps, data pipelines). Product Management Skills: Experience in product discovery, backlog management, and agile methodology. Strong analytical skills. Comfortable with metrics, experimentation, and data-driven decisions. Understanding of AI trends, generative AI, and their implications in product design. Exposure to creating or managing AI pipelines, model operations, or agentic workflows. Soft Skills & Leadership: Exceptional at cross-functional communication, translating technical details for non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
