Senior Game Designer

Responsibilities Collaborate and drive overall game design and feature development Collaborate with the design team to create new and intuitive Match-3 levels Work with the broader game team of artists, programmers, quality assurance and analysts Look through gameplay data to help address user experience issues Work with and manage external contractors to support development Evolve and iterate on existing features or systems leveraging data insight Requirements Strong experience with game design in the mobile games industry Strong design mentality and intuition for game mechanics and systems Familiarity with Match-3 mobile games, casual puzzle games and their mechanics (F2P) Ability to work independently and efficiently as part of a small, fast-moving team Excellent communication and collaboration Experience with Unity Bonus Points Experience working on Match-3 projects Game Economy balancing and management An understanding of Lean development Benefits Our HQ is in the heart of Shoreditch in central London.
