Job Summary Reporting to the Store Manager, your main focus as a Team Lead is contributing to your store's success by promoting a positive shopping experience for each customer, building and maintaining meaningful long-term relationships. You play an important role in day-to-day operations, optimizing inventory management, increasing sales and customer satisfaction while maintaining brand and visual/merchandising presentation standards. Additionally, you manage inventory through shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, and eCom order fulfillment. You are an integral part of the success of your store. Qualifications High school diploma 2 years of retail experience (asset) 1 year of experience as a team lead, preferably in a retail environment Passion for fashion & customer orientation Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills Exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships Effective time‑management skills to execute multiple tasks simultaneously Organized, hands‑on teammate with proactive approach to tasks Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with high attention to service Social media, mobile device, and computer skills (asset) Availability for flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as per business needs What We Have To Offer Frontline role in a growing organization that values investing in people Competitive compensation based on skills and experience Personal clothing employee discount Learning and development programs to grow your full potential Educational support program Employee referral program Our promise: No day will be like the last - we aim to be better today than we were yesterday.
