Role Description We are seeking a full‑time Junior Property Manager to join our team in Winnipeg, MB. This on‑site role involves supporting the daily operations of residential properties, including tenant relations, rent collection, lease administration, and addressing maintenance inquiries. The Junior Property Manager will assist in conducting property inspections, coordinating repairs, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Additional responsibilities include overseeing vendor contracts and supporting the senior management team in driving tenant satisfactionurnar and operational efficiency.
