THE ROLE


Are you someone who thrives in a startup environment and is excited about the opportunity to blaze your own path? Amplify Solutions is looking for a dynamic and experienced Channel Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, building, and managing relationships with partners to resell our CRM services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a proven track record of success in channel sales. RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

• Track and report on sales performance and partner activity.

• Help to build and refine our channel partner processes.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners to drive sales.

• Use various methods like cold calling, LinkedIn, and referrals to find prospects.

• Keep accurate forecasts and activity reports.

• Use our internal CRM actively.

• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers.

• Understand current and potential customers' business needs and goals.

• Create sales proposals and give presentations.

• Complete necessary documents for customer orders.

• Attend regular sales meetings and performance reviews.

• Help coordinate with the marketing team for effective marketing materials.

 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE


• Experience using CRM software.

• Experience in channel and business-to-business sales.

• University or college degree preferred.

• Sales experience in CRM or software is preferred.

• A strong network and presence on LinkedIn

• Energetic and self-motivated "hunter" with a passion for new business.

• Knowledge of CRM and business analytics software is a plus.

• Strong understanding of sales strategies.

• Positive, proactive, and able to build strong relationships.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

• Effective phone interaction and cold-calling skills.

• Familiarity with solution selling.

• Understanding of managing a sales funnel.

• Ability to confidently communicate with decision-makers in any organization.
