This diverse team develops innovative and practical HR, change management, and culture solutions for our clients. As a trusted advisor, you will integrate human resources, change, and culture shift considerations into clients’ strategy, structure, systems, and processes. MNP is proudly Canadian. Responsibilities Propose, plan, and deliver consulting engagements across all service lines and sectors, including private, public, not-for-profit, and Indigenous organizations. Execute strategic and operational planning, program review, organizational redesign, culture shift, change management support, and strategic HR program review. Develop project plans and coordinate logistics with clients and stakeholders. Conduct research, data collection, interviews, focus groups, and surveys. Perform analysis and consolidate results to provide meaningful conclusions and recommendations. Identify innovative ways to add value and foster client relationships. Support clients in implementing new processes and tools. Develop and support high-quality deliverables such as proposals, reports, HR programs, policies, presentations, and correspondence. Maintain flexibility to travel as necessary. Skills and Experience Post-secondary degree in Human Resources Management or related field. Relevant HR education and/or professional credentials (e.g., CPHR, RPR, CCP, CTMP, CCMP, Prosci Certification) are assets. 2 to 4 years of HR and/or consulting experience is considered an asset. Extensive knowledge of strategic HR and talent management programs. Knowledge of change management and communications is an asset. Demonstrated project management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
