Location: Remote, Canada (based out of Northern Alberta, Edmonton) About The Role The Senior Sales Engineer is the technical backbone of the sales organization. Working closely with an account executive, you will evangelize, design, propose, and demonstrate the business value of Arctic Wolf’s CyberSOC services. You will own territory building, bring deep security technology knowledge, leadership, and business acumen to drive results and maintain integrity in every customer interaction. Responsibilities Work with companies to educate and drive the value of the Arctic Wolf Networks CyberSOC business for customers Deliver technical presentations and demos focused on customer business requirements Create environments where prospects become customers and customers become evangelists Navigate obstacles in the sales process and help customers understand how Arctic Wolf addresses their needs Represent Arctic Wolf’s voice to customers and bring customer feedback back to the company Assist in sales qualification and own the technical architecture design Who You Are Can articulate the business application and value of Arctic Wolf technology to all audiences—from technical to executive level Excellent written, verbal, presentation, time‑management, and detail orientation skills Exhibits an "I own the problem AND the solution" attitude Willing to travel as required; passport and background checks are mandatory Minimum Qualifications 2+ years in a customer‑facing role, preferably as a pre‑sales engineer or security solutions consultant 5+ years supporting, delivering, or designing enterprise IT/security systems Extensive technical experience in Networking, Security, Identity Management, Cloud Services, and Windows/Linux/Mac platforms Strong proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree CISSP, GCIH, CISA, or CISM certification(s) Knowledge of Salesforce.com Experience selling XaaS solutions (software, infrastructure, SOC/security) Familiarity with Mac OS, OmniGraffle, and VMware Fusion About Arctic Wolf Arctic Wolf is a leader in security operations with a unicorn valuation and a mission to end cyber risk.
