We’re looking for a Marketing Automation Developer to join our team of over 150 1:1 communication experts who are dedicated to creating incredible work, making our client’s proud, and smashing personal and professional goals along the way. You’ll work with account and development teams to set up, test and deploy complex, dynamic, data-driven marketing campaigns for some of Canada’s biggest brands. Responsibilities Manage multiple Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget) or Adobe Campaign accounts for enterprise-level clients and lead the deployment of complex and dynamic data-driven marketing cloud solutions: Build highly customized data driven multi-channel journeys Implement data forms, preference centers, and microsites Customize content building tool Complex per performance and analytics tracking System integration with other platforms Learn, research, investigate new features and provide recommendations to PM/AMs: Lead and/or support PMs and AMs in solution design and technical planning Client facing, where necessary Recommend process improvement strategies and help develop efficiencies to help manage client expectations Support Account Team and clients with technical expertise and best practices, and provide guidance on client expectations Provide Account Team with expertise based on previous issues, resolutions, emerging concepts and industry trends Provide support and expertise to the Development Team in building, versioning and testing solutions effectively based on campaign/program requirement Desired Skills & Experience 3+ years of on an enterprise marketing automation platform Proven experience in enterprise marketing automation platforms and ecosystems Deep understanding of relational tables and subscriber management in a enterprise marketing automation software Understanding of Canada’s Anti-Spam regulation (CASL) Experience in scripting languages to access data such as SQL Strong knowledge of best practices for email creative, segmentation, dynamic content, testing methodologies, deliverability, etc. Experience in data-driven and creative thinking to analyze campaign results Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing deadlines and multiple priorities Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and/or Computer Programming JAM CRM is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating and maintaining an inclusive and accessible workplace.
