Nous cherchons un Conseiller juridique interne I pour notre équipe grandissante

Ce que vous accomplirez chez nous :

  • Traiter des dossiers de litige d'assurance de complexité variable du début à la fin.
  • Rédiger des opinions, des plaidoiries, des affidavits et d'autres documents juridiques à l'appui des demandes, médiations, conférences de règlement judiciaire et procès.
  • Préparer et conduire de manière indépendante des demandes, des découvertes, des médiations, des arbitrages, des conférences préparatoires au procès et des procès.
  • Préparez et présentez des séminaires juridiques éducatifs au service de l'Indemnisation et fournissez de l'aide à vos collègues Intact des autres services pour les demandes de renseignements.
  • Maintenir des communications productives et efficaces avec le service de l'Indemnisation et les experts en sinistres.


Ce que vous mettrez à profit :

  • Membre en règle du Barreau.
  • Minimum de deux années d'expérience en litige d'assurance.
  • Expérience de la recherche et de la rédaction juridiques, y compris la paternité d'opinions juridiques.
  • Expérience de la rédaction de plaidoiries, de la conduite de découvertes, de médiations, de documents de demande et de mémoires préalables à l'audience.
  • Maîtrise des processus alternatifs de règlement des différends (MARC).
  • Une expérience d'essai, en particulier une expérience d'essai indépendante, est un atout certain.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite, combinées à une expérience de recherche et de négociation.
  • Avoir des compétences organisationnelles supérieures, y compris la capacité de gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément.
  • Posséder de solides compétences interpersonnelles et la capacité d'établir des relations clients efficaces.
