Role SummaryThe Technical Product Manager plays a critical role in connecting technical capabilities with business priorities. This role is focused on execution: translating product goals into scalable, feasible backend plans while ensuring engineering teams are unblocked and aligned. You'll work closely with engineering, product, sales, and marketing to ensure technical readiness for launches and feature delivery. This is a technical strategy and delivery-focused role—not a UX, UI, or creative ideation position. Key Responsibilities Align platform and infrastructure roadmaps with product strategy and go-to-market goals. Scope infrastructure and backend tasks with engineering, prioritizing scalability and feasibility. Coordinate dependencies across internal teams (engineering, product, partner) and external integrations. Write clear technical briefs and architecture-aligned documentation that defines what needs to ship and why. Work with engineering teams to unblock delivery and remove bottlenecks. Support feature launches by ensuring systems are stable, documented, and technically market-ready. Map technical improvements to platform capabilities that unlock business use cases like DSP targeting or Marketplace monetization. Partner with UX and design teams to ensure ideas are feasible without prescribing creative direction. Drive alignment across product, engineering, sales, and marketing for cross-functional success. Collaborate with technical teams to embed AI capabilities in ways that align with long-term product vision and business objectives. Qualifications 4+ years of product or technical program management experience in a SaaS or platform environment. Proven track record of working with engineering teams to deliver scalable, backend-heavy features. Strong understanding of systems architecture, APIs, and technical product lifecycle. Experience aligning GTM timelines with technical delivery. Ability to translate complex ideas into clear requirements and briefs. Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
