Role Description This is a contract on‑site role for 3 Sales Executive, located in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with prospective clients, delivering presentations, and closing sales. The role includes maintaining a high level of product knowledge to address client needs effectively, managing a sales pipeline, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales targets. Qualifications Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management in real estate Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to identify opportunities, analyze trends, and develop strategies to drive sales Familiarity with real‑estate industry trends and property market analysis Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency in CRM tools and software Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred) Licensed to trade in real estate in Ontario Must work on weekends Experience in pre‑construction sales is an added advantage Seniority Level Entry level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Sales and Business Development Location:Greater Toronto Area, CanadaSalary: CA$100,000.00 – CA$150,000.00 #J-18808-Ljbffr
