Role overview: As the Head of Analytics and AI Enablement, your role is to democratise data and AI capabilities across Currys by driving adoption, building data literacy, and enabling teams to leverage analytics and machine learning tools effectively to transform how they work and make decisions. As part of this role, you'll be responsible for: Lead the adoption and enablement strategy for AI and analytics products created by the AI Products and Platforms team, ensuring maximum value is delivered across the business Design and deliver training programmes that grow analytics literacy and technical skills across all functions Establish and run centres of excellence that provide ongoing support, best practices and coaching for colleagues using our platforms Drive cultural change by embedding analytics into decision making and working with leaders to integrate AI into everyday processes Own the change management strategy for new AI and analytics capabilities, ensuring smooth rollout and sustained adoption Create and maintain self-service resources, documentation and governance frameworks that empower colleagues while maintaining quality and security Partner with HR to design career paths and capability frameworks that build internal analytics talent Track adoption metrics, measure value delivered and share outcomes that demonstrate return on investment You will work across a wide range of teams and build strong relationships that make adoption of analytics and AI possible. You will partner with Technology leaders and operational experts to deliver solutions that transform how our colleagues work. You will collaborate with Transformation and Enterprise Risk to ensure our priorities are joined up and focused on the right outcomes. You will work with Legal, Compliance, Data Protection and Internal Audit to keep us on the right side of regulations and safeguard what matters most. In this role you will also influence senior stakeholders all the way up to Board and ExCo level. You will need: A proven track record of driving large scale analytics adoption in a complex retail or consumer-facing organisation Deep expertise in change management and building data-led cultures at scale Strong understanding of modern analytics platforms and tools, with hands-on experience in SQL, Python and BI tools Experience creating and delivering technical training for a wide range of audiences from executives to analysts Success in building and running centres of excellence that sustain capability improvement A clear track record of measuring business outcomes and value delivered from enablement initiatives Excellent influencing skills and the ability to drive behavioural change without direct authority Experience managing diverse teams including employees, contractors and partners to deliver at scale We know our people are the secret to our success.
