Our patented products have won numerous industry awards and recognitions. We continue to push the envelope on what is possible in the area of recommendations driven data analytics software.
**Your day to day responsibilities will include**:
- Segment the market and develop segment specific growth strategies, with the President and heads of each region.
- Manage and grow the marketing team. Provide performance reviews, support staff in achieving their career development goals, and create opportunities for professional growth.
- Implement an account-based marketing strategy on named top-tier customer accounts.
- Support the company’s “land and expand” strategy by mapping client stakeholders (e.g. executives, board members) and influencing them with targeted content and campaigns, together with the customer success and sales teams.
- Develop content for prospective customers at each stage of the buying and product life cycles, in collaboration with customer success and engineering teams. Enhance Tangam’s brand as an innovator through thought-leadership content.
- Enable and develop brand recognition through content, events, and campaigns, together with the Client Success team.
- Oversee the company’s event strategy, including tradeshows and speaking engagements.
- Measure the success of the marketing strategy and budget, using KPIs such as Sales Revenue, Customer Lifetime Value, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Engagement Rate, among others.
- Leverage modern tools and systems that increase productivity and integrate with the CRM system.
**Preferred qualifications and experience**:
- 6+ years of experience in a leadership function recruiting and managing a team of marketing specialists
- 8+ years of marketing experience in enterprise sales involving complex software
- Strong first-hand experience with account-based marketing, marketing automation campaigns and relevant modern tools
- Track record of developing collaborative relationships with departmental leaders and promoting cross-team collaboration with sales and customer success
