Forklift Lead

**Job Title: Forklift Lead****Job Description**As a Forklift Lead, you will work with a company as a forklift operator and warehouse associate serving a diverse range of customers. Your primary responsibility will be to manage order picking and loading for customer arrivals. You will start your day by hand-bombing and operating reach and sit-down forklifts to fulfill orders. Your role will involve leading a team of 8 forklift operators, ensuring efficient workflow in both indoor and outdoor settings.**Responsibilities**Pick and load customer orders as a priority task.Operate reach and sit-down forklifts for order fulfillment.Hand-bomb items and lift products up to 50 lbs independently, and up to 80 lbs with a partner.Use RF scanners to accurately pick orders.Unload and store incoming supplies and prepare picks for pre-ordered items.Lead and manage a team of 8 forklift operators.Interact with customers and provide excellent customer service.**Essential Skills**Forklift operation experience, including reach and sit-down forklifts.One year of experience in a narrow warehouse environment.Ability to lift 50 lbs continuously.Experience in customer service.Counterbalance experience with propane/electric forklifts.AB certification for stand-up (reach and dockstocker) and sit-down forklifts.**Additional Skills & Qualifications**Experience with RF scan guns.Experience with dockstockers.Sit-down forklift experience.Previous experience working for a competitor.**Why Work Here?**Enjoy comprehensive health and dental benefits, RSP matching, and ample opportunities for growth within the company. The work schedule generally runs from Monday to Friday, with shifts between 6 am and 5 pm. Reliable transportation is preferred due to the facility''s distance from public transit.
