**About Us**: Lovingly Made Ingredients Ltd. is a leading provider of textured proteins. We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Forklift/Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate forklifts to move products and materials throughout the warehouse.
- Load and unload goods from trucks or containers.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Inspect products for damages and report any issues to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed, including general labor duties.
- Assist with break coverage on packing and loading lines
- Assist with shut down and startup sanitation
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid forklift operator certification/license.
- Proven experience as a forklift operator and warehouse worker.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
- Ability to bend, stoop, and reach as necessary.

**Work Environment**:

- Warehouse environment with exposure to various weather conditions.
- Noise level can vary from moderate to high.
