The Skills That Set You Apart Professional Engineer (PEO) with 10+ years of experience delivering structural engineering solutions across sectors. Deep technical expertise and ability to lead structural delivery on multidisciplinary projects with confidence and clarity. Strong knowledge of the Ontario Building Code (OBC) and National Building Code (NBC) with a solution‑oriented mindset. Expertise in structural modelling and analysis tools, applying advanced finite element methods. Client‑facing, responsive, proactive, and committed to service excellence. Energized by mentoring, collaboration, curiosity, innovation, and inclusive design cultures. Compensation AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $103,500 – $137,400 (Grade 7, Tier 3) MB & ON: $104,500 – $143,900 (Grade 7, Tier 3) NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $103,500 – $137,400 (Grade 7, Tier 3) The final salary awarded for this role may vary based on several factors including education, qualifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business needs.
