This role directly reports to Director, Finance Planning, Business Operations and Intelligence, and will assist management with reports and analysis. This individual is responsible for weekly/monthly scheduled corporate-wide reporting and analysis including, but not limited to, Marketing Budget status reports, Market Share analysis, and Macro-economic reports. This role is also responsible for handling various ad hoc projects upon request. This individual must closely coordinate with various Divisions (Marketing, Sales, Finance, etc. for implementing and communicating various initiatives. What you're responsible for:Process payments received (Wires) from customers against open invoices in SAPReview and analyze company process and operation and seek improvement point (Sales, Finance, Logistics, etc.)Review, analyze and interpret financial data, operational data and reportingIdentifying reasons for increase/decrease and communicating with Sales/Credit/Sales Admin. Departments to consolidate plans for improvement Coordinate with various departments to meet ad-hoc HQ and NAHQ report requests on a regular and irregular basisResearch and organize market sensing report (F/X, oil price, competitors, customer, etc.)Assemble and consolidate corporate wide reports prepared by other Divisions (Sales, MKT, SVC, etc.) into one corporate document and ensure uniform formattingSupport to create executive-level business reportsGeneral support for the CFO To join our team:University degree preferred (preferably in business & Economy or similar focus)Fluent in Korean and English2 plus years of general office experience preferred, some exposure to business planning would be an assetDemonstrated ability to interact with all levels within the organizationPrevious operations exposure is beneficialEnterprise Reporting System exposure, preferably SAP is idealProficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other office productsWhat we offer:A competitive base salary of $73,000 - $78,000 plus bonus (10%) and other perksVacation plus additional flex daysComprehensive benefitsTraining and development opportunities to grow your career with one of Canada's Best Managed CompaniesA supportive workplace culture and work environmentIf this sounds like you and you're excited to be a member of our team, pleaseapply now.We thank all interested applicants; however, only qualified candidates will be contacted.
