Overview

We're looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead the coordination, execution, and delivery of high-priority initiatives across infrastructure, engineering, and leadership teams.

This is not about managing a Gantt chart—it's about aligning the moving parts of a high-stakes mission and ensuring the machine moves forward with clarity, ownership, and speed.

You'll work directly with the CEO and senior team, helping structure execution systems, drive operational cadence, and ensure initiatives go from concept to delivery—smoothly, repeatedly, and reliably.

What You'll Own

  • Drive project-level execution across Engineering, Product, and R&D
  • Translate roadmap goals into scoped deliverables, timelines, and milestones
  • Manage sprint tracking, issue resolution, and dependency mapping
  • Coordinate with technical leads and product scribes to finalize specs
  • Track resource allocation and adjust based on risk, velocity, or market shifts
  • Deliver thorough project documentation using adhering to agreed upon standards
  • Lead retrospectives, QA coordination, and async updates
  • Keep the machine in motion—owning delivery from planning to handoff

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years experience managing technical projects (software/dev/infra)
  • Fluent in Agile, Kanban, or hybrid methodologies
  • Comfortable managing backend, frontend, or full-stack projects
  • Excellent communication—async clarity, structured updates, high-context summaries
  • Experience managing engineers, DevOps, and product contributors across time zones
  • Deep sense of ownership, proactive unblocker, system-first mindset
  • Bonus: Experience in startups, creative/entertainment tech, or IP ecosystems
