What you'll do: Lead and mentor the Procurement and Customer Service leaders, ensuring operational alignment and accountability. Oversee vendor performance, contract compliance, and the continued growth of the company's national vendor network. Act as a subject matter expert on waste management practices and cost optimization. Collaborate with the executive team on strategic planning, operational initiatives, and long‑term growth strategies. Champion process improvement, cross‑departmental collaboration, and a culture of operational excellence. Provide executive‑level support in resolving escalations and managing complex client challenges. Who you are: 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in client‑facing operations, ideally within waste management, recycling, logistics, or environmental services. Proven success leading and developing high‑performing teams. Strong background in operational strategy, process improvement, and organizational scaling. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Comfortable in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
