Job Description As a Team Lead , you will report to the Store Manager and support the Management Team in fostering an inclusive, positive team environment. You will play a key role in driving store success by leading the team to achieve sales and profit goals, while also contributing to recruiting, performance management, training and development efforts. Your adaptability to changing situations, environments, responsibilities, and schedules will be essential to your success in this role. Day In The Life Drive the store’s performance by aligning with company objectives and KPI targets. Lead daily operations, managing policies, procedures, shrink/loss prevention, payroll, reporting, and staff scheduling. Execute merchandising strategies while maintaining a clean, consistent and welcoming store environment that enhances the customer shopping experience. Coach and mentor team members through regular feedback and on‑the‑spot training to support their development and improve performance. Foster open and effective communication with the Store Manager and District Manager to ensure alignment and operational efficiency. Qualifications Minimum of 6 months of leadership or supervisory experience in a customer‑focused environment. Proven ability to motivate and guide a team toward shared goals. High school diploma or GED equivalent. Strong multitasking skills with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced setting while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
