Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site Human Resources Coordinator position in Charlottetown, PE. The coordinator provides support in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and policy enforcement. The role includes maintaining employee records, coordinating training sessions, assisting in performance management, supporting regulatory compliance, and collaborating with team members to address HR‑related needs. Qualifications Post‑secondary educational degree/diploma/certificate in Human Resources, preferred Minimum 1‑year experience in a direct HR capacity, or a comparable position Experience using an HRIS is a strong asset Outstanding attention to detail, partnered with strong administration and organization skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain good working relationships with all departments and levels of staff Sound judgement and analytical thinking that enables decision making Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and prioritize activities based on deadlines Self‑reliance, with the ability to take initiative and make decisions under time constraints Must provide a criminal record check that is clear of any charges that could be related or have a direct correlation to the position or company All employees must be 19+ Details Reports to: Human Resources Manager Salary Range: $45,000 – $55,000 annually Schedule: Regularly 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday (subject to change as per operational requirements) Benefits: Full group benefits (health, dental, vision) coverage & corporate gym memberships upon start; RRSP/DPSP matching program after 3 months of employment Seniority Level & Employment Type Entry level – Full‑time (Manufacturing) #J-18808-Ljbffr
