Overview Employer Industry: Enterprise Software Why consider this job opportunity: Competitive salary, commission, and equity opportunities Unlimited PTO with a recommendation of four weeks per year Significant impact on defining go-to-market strategy and sales methodology Generous equipment, software, and office furniture budget for a comfortable work environment $100/month education budget with manager-approved coverage for conferences and other expenses A product that prospects and customers are genuinely excited about What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Lead the Enterprise Account Executive team and be accountable for revenue results within the segment Collaborate with senior AEs to maximize win rates on significant opportunities and manage deal risks Hire and onboard high-caliber Enterprise Account Executives to drive sales performance Foster alignment across Product, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Professional Services for future customer acquisition Establish strong relationships with customers and facilitate peer-to-peer conversations with company leadership What is Required (Qualifications) Experience managing a team of SaaS Enterprise Account Executives delivering $5M+ annually at a company with over $100M ARR Proven track record of winning $1M+ SaaS deals with publicly traded companies Demonstrated ability to hire and onboard Enterprise Account Executives who can create their own pipeline Strong mental model for enterprise sales execution and a commitment to continuous learning Comfort in establishing relationships with customers and providing practical advice How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience selling to Talent and/or People leaders, with familiarity of their pains and priorities Background in selling complex multi-product platforms and experience with rip-and-replace sales motions #EnterpriseSoftware #SalesLeadership #CareerOpportunity #CompetitivePay #UnlimitedPTO We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
