Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Financial Services Account Director, based in Toronto, ON with some flexibility for remote work. The Account Director will oversee relationships with key financial services clients, working to understand their needs and deliver customized technology solutions to achieve their business goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include strategic account management, new business development, leading sales initiatives, managing project execution, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications Proven skills in Account Management and Sales, with experience developing and maintaining client relationships Strong Team and Leadership abilities, fostering collaboration and driving performance Experience in strategic execution to meet client objectives Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage priorities effectively Relevant experience in financial services a must Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Technology, or a related field is preferred Experience in AI, Cloud, Data and IT Infrastructure Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Sales and Business Development Industries IT Services and IT Consulting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at OnX by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
