Job Description About Helio Urban Development We're a design-build company specializing in small multi-unit developments (4-12 units) optimized for CMHC MLI Select. We build every project ourselves using standardized, modular designs, same floor plans, same plumbing layouts, same simple residential systems. (Mechanical) licensed in Nova Scotia + Certificate of Compliance 3+ years residential plumbing design experience Proficient with plumbing design software and hydraulic calculations Experience with residential DHW systems and code requirements Available for occasional 3‑5 day turnarounds Major Bonus Multi‑discipline capability: If you can also handle electrical, HVAC, or structural engineering, we have significantly more contract work available.
