They have engaged ROSS ( ) to search for a Senior Project Manager, Basel III and Liquidity - CONTRACT. ROSS is a team of People Specialists helping companies align their People Strategy with their business growth. We provide remote or onsite HR and Recruitment solutions such as Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), complemented by leading edge open-source HRIS software. The Senior Project Manager, Basel III and Liquidity - CONTRACT will be responsible for managing the institution's efforts in adhering to capital and liquidity requirements for Basel III. You Will: Develop and then manage the project plan. Organize, direct, and motivate the project team as required for a successful implementation. Liaise with and manage vendor relationship(s). Provide expertise with enterprise-wide application implementations. Requirements: 10+ years project management experience. Wide understanding of Basel II and Liquidity. Solid application development/delivery experience. High-level conceptual thinking and a solid understanding of capital markets, private clients groups, technology, and operations. Solid documentation, presentation, and facilitation skills, especially with senior management and end-users. Ability to work independently to accomplish tasks assigned. Experience following structured project management methodologies and frameworks (i.e. PMI), certifications preferred. Ability to speak French is a strong asset.
