Regional Sales Manager is a true hunter and individual contributor responsible for developing regional sales strategies, independently sourcing leads, managing the full sales cycle, analyzing market trends, building customer relationships and selling Chemsyn’s solutions through consultative, solution‑based selling. Supported by a strong technical and service team, this role offers uncapped commission, and significant earning potential for top performers. Success is measured by new recurring revenue, proposals, meetings, wins, and strict CRM compliance. We help customers maintain clean, safe, and efficient operations while driving measurable operational value, consistency, and long-term partnership. Responsibilities Reporting to the General Manager Western Canada, the Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for: Independently source and develop new leads using cold calls, field prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic research Sell Chemsyn’s full line of business through consultative, solution‑based selling Target mid‑market, national, and multi‑location accounts across the hospitality and healthcare industry Build and manage a regional pipeline from first contact to closing deals Conduct facility assessments and operational reviews to present proposals as per Chemsyn guidelines, focusing on service and value Coordinate and run titrations and perform site assessments Use CRM consistently and accurately – Starting point to earn commissions Partner with Regional Leader, onboarding, customer service and service teams to ensure seamless handoff and long‑term customer retention after the sale Other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related areas or Market related experience (preferred) Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Hunting and Customer Relationship Management Experience selling services for businesses in the Sanitation or Food and Service industry is a must Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven record of turning rejection into revenue Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to identify problems/issues and take necessary steps to resolve them Self-directed, detail oriented, dependable, and resourceful Pay Base pay of $70,000.00 - $85,000 per year. On-target earnings of $140,000 to $180,000.
