Employer Industry: Technology for Architecture, Engineering, and Construction Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $152,020 Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Work remotely with flexible options Engage in meaningful work that impacts the architecture, engineering, and construction industries Collaborate with top-tier clients and industry experts Participate in workshops and events to enhance professional development What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Develop digital strategies and assess current processes for clients in the MEP sector Collaborate with Autodesk account teams to create Customer Success Plans Maintain high-value client relationships by addressing their business challenges Lead workshops to identify solution opportunities and guide customers through transformational change Track and document the value of solutions delivered to clients What is Required (Qualifications): Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction, Engineering, or related field Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience in the Buildings - MEP industry, preferably with Autodesk products At least 3 years of experience in business improvement initiatives involving digital solutions Strong skills in program management, change management, and strategic thinking Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present to diverse audiences How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): In-depth knowledge of Building MEP design and engineering practices Experience in defining and delivering business strategies in the MEP sector Advanced proficiency with Autodesk products such as Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud Proven experience in driving enterprise‑level change initiatives We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
