This position is in general radiology with the opportunity to also work in other modalities, including mammography and CT. This position reports to the Manager, Diagnostic Imaging and Cardiovascular Diagnostics and is under the guidance of a Charge Technologist. About Brockville: Brockville is located off Highway 401 along the shore of the St. Lawrence River. We are just 1 hour south of Ottawa, 1 hour east of Kingston and 3. 5 hours east of Toronto. Learn more at . About Diagnostic Imaging at BGH: Brockville General Hospital has 172 beds and recently opened a new patient care tower, Mammography Suite and MRI Suite. We offer general radiology, fluoroscopy, bone mineral density, mammography, computerized tomography (CT) and, new this year, MRI. Our services are 24/7 with overnight shifts and/ or on-call. Training opportunities: In addition to supporting your growth in radiology, training is offered in other modalities. Mammography- Paid 6 weeks on the job training in our new Mammography Suite with state-of the art mammography equipment. Opportunity to apply for partial course reimbursement through our staff education fund.
