Role Yubico is looking for a dynamic, experienced Account Director to join our expanding enterprise sales team. The role drives revenue and large‑scale adoption of Yubico products within a set of named accounts, directly supporting the company's goal of changing the world and building trust in the digital sphere. Tasks & Responsibilities Develop and execute a strategic and tactical business plan to drive revenue and large‑scale adoption of Yubico products and services within a set of named accounts. Own the revenue number (sell to and sell through) for your area through new customer acquisition, expansion of existing relationships, and defining new strategic relationships. Provide thought leadership to customers and attend industry events when opportunities arise. Collaborate with Yubico Channel Managers for re‑sale of Yubico solutions and work closely with BDR and Customer Success to manage the customer lifecycle. Coordinate with internal resources in a dynamic growth environment to deliver an outstanding customer experience. When required, work collaboratively with Solution Engineering to develop complex solutions. Report to the VP Sales East. Basic Qualifications Minimum 10+ years of experience in a similar role. Deep understanding and experience in selling technology to large enterprise customers. Understanding of cybersecurity concepts and marketplace; Identity & Access Management (IAM) is a plus but not required. Track record of overachievement in selling, both direct sales and through partners and SIs. Comfortable having both business and high‑level technical conversations with a CTO, CIO or CISO. Individual contributor and field sales role; located in Toronto, Canada, speaking French is a plus. Equal Opportunity We are an equal opportunity employer.
