Marketing Tech & Data Analytics Specialist Are you the kind of person who loves connecting the dots between marketing performance and technical precision? We’re looking for a Marketing Technology & Data Analytics Specialist who thrives at the intersection of digital marketing, data engineering, and analytics — someone who ensures every click, conversion, and event tells the right story. If tracking accuracy, clean data flow, and actionable insights excite you, this role will give you the autonomy and impact you’re looking for. What You’ll Be Doing Tracking & Integrations Implement, maintain, and fine-tune integrations across Meta Conversion API, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, Unity, and IronSource . Ensure seamless event mapping and deduplication across pixels, SDKs, and S2S (server-to-server) connections. Manage integrations with AppsFlyer for both iOS (SKAN) and Android attribution , including postback configurations. Set up and optimize GA4 for detailed tracking across mobile apps and web. Design and maintain data pipelines to eliminate attribution mismatches and tracking inconsistencies. Data Flow & Quality Assurance Detect and resolve discrepancies between Meta, Google, AppsFlyer, and BI dashboards . Implement fallback mechanisms and data validation logic to preserve accuracy (IP/User Agent, FBP, FBC, etc.). Maintain consistent parameter structures across all platforms, including UTMs, click IDs, and event parameters . Analytics & Reporting Build and maintain custom dashboards in Power BI (and similar BI tools) tailored to PPC and user acquisition needs. Define and track essential KPIs — from registrations and FTDs to LTV, ROAS, and NGR . Conduct cohort and retention analyses , and contribute to revenue attribution modeling .
