Dynamics 365 Business Central Specialist

Dynamics 365 Business Central Specialist We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions. The candidate should have a strong understanding of business processes and be able to translate them into functional requirements. The candidate should also have experience in configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to meet the needs of the business. The candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team. Focus is currently on Finance systems, however, future ERP, inventory and warehouse management and manufacturing product functionality and knowledge will be an asset. Responsibilities: Work with clients to understand their business processes and requirements Translate business requirements into functional requirements Proactively identify issues, next steps, actions plans and performance enhancements and see these through to implementation Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to meet the needs of the business Provide training to clients on the use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Provide support to clients on the use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Work independently and as part of a team Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field 3+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions Strong understanding of business processes Experience in configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Experience with designing, implementing and supporting reporting tools such as PowerBI Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Job Type: Full-timeLocation: Calgary, AB #J-18808-Ljbffr
