Maintain clear communication with security staff, dispatch, clients, and management. Work independently and follow established security procedures and policies. Complete mobile patrols, document incidents, and investigate complaints diligently. Report safety hazards, vehicle deficiencies, and site concerns promptly, taking corrective action when required. Enforce company policies and regulations with courtesy and professionalism. Respond immediately to emergencies and coordinate according to established procedures. Ensure duties comply with all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws. Perform additional duties as required. Job Requirements Ability to work alone and be self-motivated Valid Ontario Security License Valid First Aid & CPR - Level C (from a WSIB-approved vendor) Proof of two COVID-19 vaccinations 25 years of age or older Immunization records (Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, and Tuberculosis Skin Tests Step 1 & 2) How to get hired in Healthcare Immunization Record Form Immunization-Record-Ontario-Paladin.pdf Completed immunization for Measles, Mumps, Rubella, and Varicella are required at the time of hire. Applicants who are not immunized or are otherwise unable to provide their MMR-V immunity at the time of hire will not be deemed eligible for the position.
