Higgins Hardscape & Pools is seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team and play a key role in growing our business. At Higgins Hardscape & Pools , we specialize in creating breathtaking outdoor spaces, from luxury pools and patios to custom stonework, cabanas, and outdoor kitchens. Based in Hamilton, Ontario, we bring expert craftsmanship and high‑quality materials together to deliver exceptional results. Learn more about us at: We are looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to manage inbound leads, conduct client consultations, and oversee the sales process from start to finish. You'll work closely with our in‑house design team and production managers to create tailored solutions for our customers. This role is perfect for a results‑driven professional who thrives in face‑to‑face client interactions, enjoys building relationships, and understands the landscaping and outdoor construction industry. Key Responsibilities Meet with potential clients to assess their needs and present customized solutions for their outdoor spaces. Manage and nurture leads from initial inquiry through project completion. Develop detailed proposals and estimates, working closely with our design and estimating teams. Maintain relationships with past clients and generate referrals through exceptional service. Track and follow up on sales opportunities to close deals efficiently. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction. Qualifications 3 or more years of sales experience, preferably in landscaping, construction, or outdoor design. A strong understanding of hardscape, pools, and outdoor living spaces. Excellent communication and negotiation skills; you know how to build trust with clients. Self‑motivated with a proven track record in consultative sales. Ability to read and understand design plans (experience with construction or landscape design software is a plus). Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (this role requires in‑person client meetings). What We Offer Full Time Position.
