Job Description INKspire is looking for a motivated, results-driven individual to join our HR team. Reporting to HR Director, the Recruitment and Training Lead will be responsible for attracting and sourcing new talent for the organization. You will be responsible for creating and executing recruitment strategies, managing the recruitment process, and providing guidance and support to our hiring teams. Participate in weekly HR meetings and monthly leads meetings. Lead weekly HR meetings when the HR Director is unable to do so. Training new hires on the HR team, as needed. Ensure the recruitment request is being followed and provide updates in the recruitment channels. Assign and follow up on training and onboarding tasks (e.g., developing training materials; updating orientation slides). Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent and fill open positions in a timely manner. Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including interviewing and onboarding. Establish relationships with cross-functional leads to understand their hiring needs and develop strategies to meet those needs. Provide fair and objective feedback to candidates who request further information on their performance during the selection process. Develop job postings and manage job boards. Monitor recruitment performance metrics and provide regular updates to the team (new hire report). Maintain accurate records and documentation of hiring processes. Perform any additional HR and administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications Experience in preparing presentations, documentation, and recommendations. Team building and leadership/supervisor skills. Knowledge of employment laws and best practices (assets). Knowledge of the full-cycle recruitment. Possess creative, strategic and analytical problem-solving skills. Able to demonstrate written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly convey complex ideas in understandable terms to a variety of audiences. Organization and prioritization skills to balance multiple ongoing projects at one time and be able to meet tight timelines. Passionate about youth leadership and empowerment. Worked or volunteered in a non-profit setting (asset).
