Our leadership team works closely with their people to ensure the perfect guest experience, by developing leaders of the present, and of the future. We are looking for cooks, kitchen helpers, culinary leads, and chefs to form our back-of-house team, and guest service associates, bartenders, servers, banquet staff, restaurant and banquet leaders to complete our front-of-house team. We will be hosting interviews in early January with a a planned start date of the first week of February. Responsibilities & Qualifications Earned a degree or diploma in Culinary Arts, Pastry Arts, Tourism, or Hospitality Management. Have strong interpersonal skills that allow them to work effectively in a diverse environment. Provide personalized and professional service to all guests, and showcase the local region. Can withstand extended periods of standing, and other physically demanding conditions. Operate effectively in high pressure environment and remain calm and focused in urgent situations. Are available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as overtime from time to time. Can read, write and communicate in an English working environment. Can manage time efficiently. Hold a valid FOODSAFE or Food Safety certification (for back-of-house positions). Hold a valid Serving it Right (or equivalent) certification (for front-of-house positions). Hold or are willing to work towards holding a First Aid, Level 1 certification.
